Tributes following Inkberrow crash

A man who died after a collision on the A422 near Inberrow has been described as a "much loved husband and father."

51-year-old Andrew Fawcett was killed when his car collided with another vehicle coming the other way earlier this month.

Paying tribute, his family said: "Andrew was a much-loved husband and father to his two children, who he adored.

"He had so many plans for the future and our hearts are broken."

The family would like to thank everyone for their kind words and messages of sympathy but have asked the media to respect their privacy at this difficult time.

A file has been prepared for the coroner.

Officers are continuing to appeal for anyone who witnessed the collision or saw either vehicle involved in the minutes leading up to the collision to contact them.

Anyone with any information is asked to call West Mercia Police on 101 quoting incident number 441S of 3 September.
