A man has died and four taken to hospital after a crash in South Warwickshire which has seen another man arrested.
Paramedics were called to Honeybourne Road, between Bidford and Honeybourne at 3.55pm yesterday (17 April), after receiving reports of a collision between a car and tree.
They arrived to find the vehicle had sustained significant damage, while five patients were trapped inside.
The driver, a man in his 20s, suffered multiple serious injuries in the incident and was confirmed dead at the scene.
The front seat passenger, a woman, was treated for serious injuries before being airlifted to Birmingham's Queen Elizabeth Hospital in a critical condition.
Two boys, sat in the back of the car, were treated for injuries not thought to be life-threatening and were flown to Birmingham Children's Hospital.
A fourth passenger - a woman, also sat in the back, was treated for multiple injuries and taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital by land ambulance.
A 26-year-old man from Stratford has been arrested in connection with the incident. He remains in police custody at this time.

"A thorough investigation has been launched to establish the circumstances behind the collision. Enquiries are ongoing and we would encourage anyone who saw the collision to come forward.
"We are also keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or who has dashcam footage of the moments leading up to the collision.
"Our thoughts remain with the man's family at this difficult time."
