Police are appealing for help from people in Pershore, after a man's body was found at the roadside in Worcestershire.
The man in his 50s was found in Huddington near Droitwich just before 2pm yesterday (Weds 10th October), with the bicycle he'd been riding also discovered nearby.
It's thought he'd ridden through Pershore just beforehand, and officers are trying to piece together what happened to him.
The 57-year-old white man was wearing dark coloured cycling clothing.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the man who is believed to have been cycling in the Wyre Piddle, Pershore and Huddington areas.
Formal identification is yet to take place. The man's next of kin has been informed.
West Mercia Police Constable Matthew Digger said: "We believe the man was riding his bike in the Wyre Piddle, Pershore and Huddington areas.
"We are not treating this as suspicious at this time but would like to hear from anyone who may have seen him on his journey and can provide any information in to what may have happened."
The death is not currently being treated as suspicious at this time and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
