
Warwickshire homeowners on the proposed route of a new high-speed rail link are to get Government help even before the scheme's been given the final go-ahead.
Transport Secretary Philip Hammond says they'll buy up houses which would be affected if the London to Birmingham line goes ahead.
Owners will have to prove they need to sell urgently.
