Warwickshire County Council will decide on Tuesday whether to push ahead with plans to shut 4 fire stations.
Bidford, Brinklow, Studley and Warwick Fire Stations all face
closure as part of the proposals for a 'stronger and fitter' service. The
Chief Fire Officer wants to redeploy resources to improve how the county
responds to flooding and traffic incidents.
The proposals have led to widespread criticism from residents and politicians concerned about the effects on response times and public safety.
