Warwickshire Police are again not ruling out redundancies as they push ahead with plans to save money.
Deputy Chief Constable Andy Parker has told Touch FM they may not be able to achieve the necessary reduction in staff numbers simply through natural wastage.
The force is also getting rid of 40 police vehicles but say it won't effect services.
