1.0 The discount scheme shall be known as "The Touch FM VIP Privilege Club" (herein "Club" or "The Club") and is promoted by Touch FM (herein "The Station" or "Station").
1.1 There shall be no charge for joining the Club. The card has no cash value.
1.2 Club discount cards shall be issued to individual station members but remain the property of The Station.
1.3 Club discount cards shall be made available via the station website, but may be made available for collection in selected retailers. Such retailers shall be listed on the Station Website.
1.4 Please allow 28 (twenty eight) days for delivery of Club discount cards.
1.5 Current Club offers shall be listed on the Station Website. The Station shall not be responsible for failure to check whether an offer is current and a partner business' subsequent refusal to honour an expired offer.
1.6 Club members may use each individual offer no more than once per week.
1.7 Only one discount card per transaction.
1.8 May not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount scheme.
1.9 Club members must make it clear to the partner business that they are a Club card holder and intend to take advantage of their relevant offer at the earliest possible opportunity.
1.10 Club partner businesses reserve the absolute right to refuse to honour any discount where Terms and Conditions have not been adhered to.
1.11 Refusal to honour the discount is at the discretion of the partner business. The Station cannot be held responsible for such refusal.
1.12 The Station reserves the absolute right to withdraw the scheme without notice, at any time.
1.13 The Station is not responsible for goods and/or services provided by partner businesses.
