Q: What is the Touch FM VIP Privilege Club?
A: The Touch FM is a discount scheme which is operated by Touch FM in partnership with local businesses. Members who hold privilege cards are able to take advantage of exclusive offers and discounts.
Q: Who can join?
A: Any member of the Touch FM VIP Club can apply for a privilege card by choosing the "Privilege Club" option on their VIP Homepage.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Nothing - your key fob and membership are completely free. It's our way of saying "thanks" for being a loyal listener.
Q: How do I apply for a card?
A: Log in to your VIP club membership, then click "Get a free card" at the top of the Privilege Club home page.
Q: How long will my card take to be delivered?
A: We will deliver your card by Royal Mail within twenty eight days. If you haven't received your card after this time, please contact us by email.
Q: I have a complaint about the service I've received - can you help?
